DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM UBER

I have been using Uber for many years and they were great until recently . Everytime I request an uber they pick up the ride and then cancel !!!!! PATHETIC. I believe it’s because the trip is too short???? Surely the driver can see the trip is short so why pick up the ride . You have one nice driver who will commit to the ride and take you home but that is after 4 Uber cancellations . I mean come on. If you want to be a driver , any trip is good for you and they do earn money off of it . Would they not want 100 short trip Uber rides than 1 long ride???? Come on , it’s a no brainer. I had an Uber ride tonight where the driver picked up the ride and then he was 13 minutes away so I sent a message to the driver saying Uber doesn’t pick up the exact location so the driver must turn left and then left again , he gets to 4 minutes and then tells me I must find someone and cancel so I said no , I sent a message telling you the problem and now I must cancel so they still earn on the ride and I loose my money without a ride . THIS IS ABSOLUTE NONSENSE !!!!! As of now I will never ride in an Uber ever again as I think they are USELESS !!!!! I will be deleting my account with UBER. I will find another service who is willing to have my business and I can rely on them even if my trip is R19.00. Don’t waste your time trying to request an UBER. It’s not worth the irritation and Frustration.
