Disgusting service from uber

Im so disgusted with uber on the 02 Decembwr the driver cancelled my trip and the money was already taken from my account I was going to a meeting as a result of this I was late as I needed to re request for another Uber, since the 2nd I have been calling qnd they told me it will be refunded in 3 working days its a week later and still nothing the consultant on their help line are very rude and refuse to help or listen qnd until now I have not received my refund
