Disgusting service

I had a package picked up this morning and was handed to the driver at 10:40 ( he had the nerve to tell the person they need to place it in the back of the bikes storage container) then he proceeds to drive to my home and 3 minutes from my home decides to take a wrong turn but the map was showing him the correct directions then he reaches out to me telling me its dangerous where he is but no one (not even the map) told him to go the way he did. Then he tells me his going to return the package where he got it from but then keeps driving in circles close to my house not even 4 mins away then eventually idles in parow and then close to goodwood and the trip is still currently on. I took all the screenshots needed. I have been using your services every damn day where people pick me up from this address and i uber home aswell after 5 or get home before 7pm and no one has had an issue. Then by circling all around and not taking the package back immediately - my Uber bill runs up. So for all of this bull**** i would suggest to do proper screening of your drivers and then i want my money reimbursed. I will never make use of your services again. Uber,uber eats and uber one will never see me or my money. ****ing disgusting service. I would like a manager to reach out so i can send them all the screenshots i took
