Disgusting, putrid, ******** and utterly poor service delivery.

Had a putrid experience with the delivery of my package. Driver claims to have waited for 40 minutes and called but no calls received nor any notifications received via app that package has arrived. What Uber waits 40 minutes? He then drives off with my package which consists of meat items which is probably off by now. My wife and I threatened him by involving the police for theft and extorsion because he was not willing to hand over our items unless we pay him additional money to hand it over. We then notified your team but instead of resolving the issue, my was threatened with having her uber account banned. Are you kidding me? And this is only one of the complaints.
