Disgusting overcharge

I am very disgusted with Uber ,I requested the uber service and the charge was r22 however at the end of the trip the price changed to r32 ,I thought maybe the driver fiddled with the app to my suprise I requested again for the same trip and again the initial fare was r22 and again the amount changed from r22 to r32 .This is **************** and I don't see myself ever using your disgusting services. Previously I requested uber service initially the driver was 11 min away then he was 22 min away while still waiting the minutes kept increasing I ended up waiting for 50 min and I kept trying to cancel and it didn't allow me eventually the said he had arrived I went outside and he wasn't there I ended getting ****ed off and told him to cancel the damn trip as I had waisted almost an hour waiting for nonsense. I immediately called another provider which arrived in less than 5min.Your service is by far the worst no wonder why so many people are canceling your apps.
