Disgusting ***** and theft

<p>Three times in a row I have been charged a astronomical amount for my trip of short distance in 3 times over R1000 deducted off my account I have written emails now I'm sill waiting for response on two still nothing and they are just deducting any amount they feel is that fair on us that we must wait but when we finished at our destination the money comes off our account this is theft and ***** </p> <p> </p> <p>for 14,16km R301-00 Which is R25 per km normal price I usually pay is R100</p> <p> </p> <p>for 22km R333-00 I usually pay R95 </p> <p> </p> <p>Same as first trip our daily trip every morning with uber 14,16 R429 that R31 per km</p> <p> </p> <p>UBER IS ROBBING US AND PEOPLE ARE KEEPING QUIET CAUSE THEY HAVE ACCESS TO OUR ACCOUNTS FREELY </p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY BACK BY 8th or I WILL OPEN CASE OF THEFT </p> <p> </p> <p>I RIDE UBER EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY - there are over 130 cabs at airport around corner but they don't answer your request cause they want long trips is this fair that you must be charged surcharge especially if driver says they not busy how possible</p> <p> </p> <p>LETS START SUPPORTING TAXIFY AND ZEBRA UBER HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE TOO LONG I WANT RESPONSE AND MONEY BACK ASAP INCLUDING MY TIME AND BANK CHARGES </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
