Disgusting behaviour from one of your drivers!!!

Writing this review on the back of a disrespectful interaction with one of your drivers. Last night (approx 9pm) on my way home I made use of an uber. Upon reaching my complex I found that there was a long queue and a lengthy delay getting into the complex as one of your other drivers in a Ford EcoSport (reg: LT 55 CD GP) who did not have a visitors code refused to reverse out of the visitors lane so that other vehicles could proceed. Despite attempts from the security at my complex this driver refused to obey instruction and choose to instead remain parked blocking the visitors lane entry into the complex causing an over 20 minute delay as security was forced to divert other visitors in line to the now congested complex entrance to the alternate resident lane. When I attempted to engage with your driver he showed a blatant disregard to my plea for him to move out the way despite my threat to notify my estate manage of his conduct. Instead he doubled down on his position, showing no contrition whatsoever to the inconvenience he was causing to other visitors as well as residents or even to the fact that he was causing a safety issue outside the complex at 9pm on a Sunday night. This driver even attempted to antagonise me into laying a complaint against him to both Uber as well as the estate manager of my complex, one again showing that he did not care whatsoever to the effect his actions were causing and or any resultant repercussions. That includes my Uber driver whose trip completion was delayed due to one of his own fellow Uber drivers. Considering his disgusting attitude and blatant disregard for both my complex rules and security protocols, I felt compelled to write this review. The fact that you have drivers such as this representing your brand and company is ****ing indictment to the services you offer and the drivers representing that who should not only be following the law of the road but also complex rules and security protocols. This drivers attitude I feel merits immediate disciplinary action.
