Disgusting arrogant customer service

Customer service is disgusting.

They didn't answer my questions then closed the ticket. They then ignored the fact that they had made an error and didn't even have the decency to apologise. They also still have not answered the 2nd part of my query. I asked to speak with a manager several times which of course they have also ignored

This company is too big and too arrogant. I'm looking forward to the day the competition catches. Not sure there is Uber in places like Singapore anymore and I can understand why.
