Disgusting !!!!!

<p>Once a month my mother goes to the Randburg clinic and without fail she gets driver that either drives around Randburg in circles or takes her the LONG way round doubling the expense of the trip. Today this happened again, she is a pensioner, I send her with just enough money to get there and back due to safety reasons! I watch the trips to make sure she is safe and then she is charged double?! How is it this never happens when I use Uber? Is this just a way to rob old people?? Take them on a joy ride?? Oh yes and let's blame the GPS if your drivers can't follow simple directions by a GPS then how the hell do they get employed????</p> <p> </p> <p>In a matter of two months Uber has no customer service, no respectiful or honest drivers, in fact they are just a watse of time. I am utterly disgusted in the level of service!</p>
