Disgusted with uber

Totally disgusted. Booked a ride from Bellville to the airport on 17 Dec,well in advance we were leaving 23 Dec to jHB,by plane. Exactly 30 minutes before ride was due it was canceled. Had to ask a friend to organize to get us to airport. First and last time do I use uber. Disgusting.
