DISGUSTED WITH UBER

Uber have added on a significant amount to several trips in the last short while. Even the trips which have taken shorter times than prior. Normally you have to complain and threaten several times, this time they won't budge. They copy and paste irrelevant responses from their support centre, sometimes showing that they have not read your complaint or simply don't care. I travel 2x day most days and am a loyal client. They don't care. This is seriously daylight *******! I am livid! How many billions extra are they getting by doing this to how many people?!!! They need to be investigated!
