Disgruntled customer

I’m truly upset with Uber, they charged me twice for a trip I tried to reach out to them multiple times, they do not reply, they owe me R34 for a trip they charged me extra when I took the trip it was R119, a stop and go trip yet I was charged extra I really am upset
