Disgraceful Service !!!

I have encountered an issue with a driver that I have complained about. Uber just let anyone drives and does not consider the safety of their clients, I have reported the issue as this driver was shouting at me and kicked me out of his car when he did not want to pick me up from my exact pick up spot. When I asked what about the funds that i already paid he said he does not want to take me because I will give him a bad rating and his account will get blocked. My biggest issue is that when i reported this matter "Uber Support" just confirmed the situation is being dealt with. I have gotten no solution on the funds that left my account with another r56 being deducted from my account last night but I have never requested a ride. I would not recommend this app and their services is pathetic. After having received no assistance I will delete this service.
