Disaster

I had a bus booked to Durban, I booked an uber to pick me up from home, close to my home the uber driver cancelled and charged me R70 odd rands, I then had to book another uber which I had to wait for, got to the bus departure point but the bus already left, then I had to take an uber all the way to Johannesburg park station which cost me R367 rands are your'll f*** serious, this is absolutely disgusting, A R70 trip has cost me a fortune, in all fairness all uber cost should be refunded to me in cash not credit, its my money not yours to credit and hold back, if this is not resolved I will go full on the the media and every way possible to bring uber down
