Disappointment

I took a ride with ISIBONGAKONKE FLOYD License Plate: BZ51KJZN, which I put my card as a payment method. I think this driver thought it's okay for him to not end my trip and go where he needed to go. I later received an email to say I have an unpaid invoice, when I logged in to check what they were talking about, to my surprise, a R104.00 trip ended up being over R300 odd because the driver went somewhere I've never been or heard of without ending my trip. I'm totally disappoint as Uber is the only service I trust, and this is not right and needs immediate attention.
