Disappointing service

Requested Uber ride,today to fetch my child @ school, been doing it for the whole week,since my car is having a problem, today the driver decided not to pitch,my child has to walk home,so ****ed, to my surprise he's, sending me a Bill,I won't pay for ride that didn't happen,hha .
