Disappointing Service

<p>This morning I ordered an Uber cab at 4:15 and a driver by the name of Micheal with a Toyota Corolla Nur53234 accepted my request and it said he was 4 mins away,after a while 4 mins went to 8 mins and all the driver was doing was hanging around the area where he initially accepted my request he never moved from there and the time limit never changed.In a hurry for work,I was extremely upset I cancelled becàuse I couldn't afford to be late for work.I requested another cab and the same *********** driver accepted my request again.That ****ed me off even further because he kept doing the same thing again.Already being late for work a warning on my way.I cancel the Uber and request for the third time and someone else accepted the request and was efficient whilst on the third ride I go to claim my cancellation fee charged on the previous rides and explain what had transpired,and I get an immediate response that no cancellation fee has been charged and an apology for the drivers behaviour.Which I appreciated.Then at the end of the ride the third driver by the name of lungile demands I pay for both my trip and cancellation fee that was charged previously and Uber said there was nothing present.After explaining to the driver this was the direct response from Uber he refused to listen.He was absolutely rude, impatient and disgusting with his behavior.Uber did not only make me sound stupid in front of the driver but also made me realise they not trustworthy.This is disappointing after all this trouble and even after ordering an Uber cab early to be on time for work I ended up with a serious warning.I don't recommend Uber to anyone</p>
