Disappointed with Uber - unknown outstanding amount owed

Uber is falsely accusing me of not having paid the full amount in my previous ride. I am told I owe Uber about R17 which was short payment in my previous ride, and I am prevented from requesting any ride. How can I owe Uber because I paid cash to the driver of the last ride, and if I was short the driver would have said so right there and then. I do not owe Uber, and I am prevented from requesting rides anymore. This is unfair. I now only use Bolt and indrive. Uber wants me to pay this R17 via card payment, and I will never load my banking details to this app as the last time I loaded my banking details, there was a *****ulent transaction that was made by an unknown individual. If Uber could tell me who this driver that I owe R17 is, I would willingly pay that driver cash so that I can continue using Uber. I am very disappointed with Uber.
