Disappointed with the service from Uber as you can't speak to anyone and complain even if you dont get your answer

Lost my keys in a ride and I was told that the driver left the keys at the security I went to ask wich security because there is two the one at the boom gate and the one at church. And I have asked both of them and they confirmed no one left the keys. It's been 3 days now. Lost car keys , house keys gate remote and keys for my bike.
