Disappointed with the service

Is it possible to give a - *? Im extremely disappointed in the service received. I order an Uber this morning price was R79 added my destination everything was in order. Got into the Uber the driver confirmed all my information - name and destination. While traveling he advises my destination is for Athlone its changed on his app, shocked I checked my app everything was still in order. Only to get billed R153 for the trip. I contacted the support team only to be told I entered the incorrect information yet I submitted pictures of what my app stated. Disgusting that such a huge company won't do proper investigations. Pathetic
