Disappointed is an understatement

I am quiet appalled by the service received uber package collect drivers, I made an order for delivery on Tuesday for hair I had ordered from hair vendor to the value of R2800 in Dainfern, the delivery was around 17:15 he got there and I asked him to give me a couple of minutes as I was quickly knocking off, he said he didn’t have time for that as he had other deliveries to make, he then sent me a video of him leaving the hair / package behind a ROCK, on what mandate can parcels be left behind a rock unattended?? When I got to the rock there was no package, I called him and he told me he left it there and that someone probably stole it, does that make any sense? Why did he have to leave it behind a rock to begin with? When we tried calling the driver again he was the most rude individual, saying we must communicate with UBER as this has nothing to do with him anymore and we must stop bothering him, is the the kind of customer services the organisation strives for?? We have spoke to the security guards and the footage department at my place of work where he supposedly left the package and he did not, there isn’t a single witness or footage that shows him leaving the package behind, do we courier packages with Uber only for the drivers to ***** them?? Are they a pack of some syndicate that *****s from your customers??? Uber drivers are notorious for taking pictures of themselves leaving a delivery only to pick it up and leave with it again, is this what happened here??
