Disappointed in service!

I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Uber SA. About 5 months ago I had a query about a promo I have received and then taken away. I then received it again and again it was taken off my profile before i could use it. The expiry date on the promo was 8 October only. I have contacted Uber regarding this matter 3 times. Always receiving the same message back stating they have a special team investigating and working on this and will get back to me. 3 months ago I have requested a reply on this matter again just to receive exactly the same message back from them. Since then I had no answer on this.
