Disappointed

I spoke to someone a while ago about my problem and you Still haven't gotten back to me?!!! I told the guy that you guys double deducted R50 on the 1st and on the 7th another R50...then I asked how I can unsubscribe to this stupid uber pass cos now I'm not saving in the beginning I saw the saving but now honestly I just want to move to Mr D because you guys take forever to reply dont give my money back and dont offer ANY resolution
