Disappointed

<p>I've been using Uber for a while now and I must say i'm dissaponited with their service, on the 23rd of December 2016 I requested a driver and was charged R20 , soon after my trip was charged R28 again. The same thing happend yesterday as well, I requested a driver and was charged R48 soon after my request and was again charged R98 after my trip. The annoying part is that Uber never sent any of the receipts for the first charges, I only got receipts for R28 and R98, im really upset with this!</p>
