Dis-respectful and rude drivers

On Tuesday 26/07/2022 we had a bad experience with an uber driver, he was standing outside our gate, my wife went out to greet and asked can we help him but only proceed to ask for an address, my said to him that there two gates at the address, and the ask him who is he looking for but was become very rude and disrepectful, she also asked him can we speak to our neighbour to find out if they arrange for an uber lift service but still was very rude and disrepectful only when i can to the gate his tone and attitude changed.
