Didn't receive my money back.

I booked a trip, driver arrived and refused to take my goods, he then cancelled the trip, I was charged a R40.00 cancelation fee but the other R600 and odd rand was never refunded. You cannot contact their customer care at at all as the contact numbers are null and void, you go to the help section and can't speak or contact anyone as they only have certain robotic answers and questions, their business email address is all you get and it's been more than 24hours and still no feedback. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Pathetic to say the least.
