Desperately need to contact Jabulani KM58MDGP ****** Laptop

If I could give Uber help zero stars I will. A driver stole a laptop which was to be delivered to a friends home. Instead of helping Uber is repeatedly asking me the same question which I answered and sent a screenshot of the trip. I just want assistance in tracking down this driver. They will not help me. The drivers name is Jabulani the license plate is KM58MDGP - this vehicle is on Moove. They have contacted me but have not followed up. I would really like help. This incident occurred on 31/10/2024 at about 8:35
