Delete the uber eats app

I ordered a meal from Burger King the delivery driver gave someone else my order didn’t apologise just told me to deal with uber support that was 24hrs ago no response no refund nothing from uber.the driver had 3 kids in her car the whole time she was on a WhatsApp call acting non chalant about the situation I guess she was confident because she knows uber is flipping useless
