Delay in returning my lost(forgot in the car) phone

I forgot my phone within 10 min in recognition, the i try to contact the driver via my phone as i did not get the contacts of the driver, the driver said to me his far and stutterred then dropped the phone. i tried calling through my phone as it is my only access to him he did answer and his not showing any helpfulness to help me recover the phone. Still now i can call my phone through Find my phone on google, he still ignores it, and only to mentioned to him i am a student that phone is my only internet i can get so without that phone im not able to do anything. can you please help me ill give the details i remember about the driver : Name of the driver Vusi, Car type Toyota Eitos, number plate i dont remember in detail; it ends with VW33 GP, Trip from Park Station to #113Mbhatha Str, Ivory Park, Time is between 14h50 - 16h00. My Account is ***, the trip history is not showing because i didnt find the time to make the review on the driver. Please help me
