Deductions wtihout permission

I never use Uber for transport, because of their terrible service. I unfortunatly had to use Uber Eats earlier this year. Yesterday, without warning, reason or persmission, they deducted R50 from my account. The help function on their web site is as useless as the company itself, meaning that I have no way of contacting them to understand why they've taken the money off my account. I am very concerned about the issue. They appear to be taking liberties here, and leave me with no possibility of contacting then to resolve the issue. THIS IS *****!
