Deductions from my account that I am unaware of

They don’t deserve even this star, I requested and the driver didn’t arrived yet money was deducted from account, they even had a nerve to charge a cancellation fee. Later on the same day money was deducted from my account for a trip that I didn’t even request. I tried calling and messaging them through their app but no replies. I want my money
