Deductions every day

Ive had a good experience with uber for the most part, with some massive exceptions, but my most recent trip came out to R111, which got deducted from my account. Then they tried deducting R150 from my account and have been attempting to deduct R39 from my account every day since. There are deductions with every failed deduction, so now im losing money and im not even using the service. And the method to contact for help is so convoluted, in what i assume is an attempt to dissuade customers from trying to *rightfully* complain.
