On the 1 July 2021 13H45 I requested Uber driver to pick me, the driver told me he is 15KM away he will not come, I asked him to cancel the trip because Uber charges people if their driver doesnt arrive. At 13H49 I requested another driver who said he is 15KM far away from my town, I asked him if I should look for another driver and he didnt reply, I looked for another driver and that driver was also 15KM away I waited for this driver which he didnt arrive. My day was getting wasted by Uber. At 13H29 I decided to look for Bolt so I can get to my destination which they arrived. Now on the 21 July 2021 Uber says I m owing money to them for the trip they didnt arrive because there were no driver's available in my town . I used Uber on the 21 July 2021 and he demanded that I paid that amount of money, which I didnt even know I was being charged for trip that they did not even honor
