On the 31 March 2025 I requested a ride which never arrived and I subsequently cancelled the ride after waiting for about 20 minutes. As usual the money was already debited and this has not been refunded. I have repeatedly engaged Uber for a refund but this is not forthcoming. From henceforth I will never ever use this service at least there’s now alternatives
