Day light ******* from Uber!

On the 16th, 25th and the 26th of December 2021 I requested rides which I never took. The amount went off my account and has been on hold. Those amounts are still on hold. I called in January and was promised that it would be refunded. It the 28th of February 2022 and I am still waiting. Day light ******* . The total is over R300. I want my money!
