Dangerous Uber Driver

I've been using uber for years now and on Saturday 3rd August 2024 I booked myself and my workers a trip I then put my tool box in the vechile and then got in . The driver then told me that he cannot do the trip . I then told him okay please open the boot so I can get my things out he refused I then seen he reached for his axe in his driver side door I then got so afraid I grabbed the axe trying to get it out of this hand and also protect my self aswell as my workers he gets out and my family that's home seen all this happening my kids included my workers as well as people that walked by I was so disgusted and disappointed that uber would employ such harsh dangerous drivers . He then opened the boot seeing that he cannot hurt or rob us he didnt think his plan thru i suppose . He was then forced to open the boot I then took my things out and paid him his waiting time . He told me sorry and I accepted . He begged me not to make a complaint . So I just left it as that .... it's the 6th Aug and I wanted to book an Uber and I was stopped can u believe this driver he lays a complaint of me and says I hit him with an axe in actual fact he didn't say it's his axe I'm disgusted in uber for not calling me to hear my side instead they block me off the app ... they can see my history of trips they can see how long I'm with them to deal with things in such an inappropriate way is just distasteful
