Dangerous Uber

Last week my daughter requested an Uber for me from Goldman Spar, Florida, Johannesburg. The Uber arrived and as usual I opened the boot to load my groceries. The Uber driver remained seated inside the vehicle. I lifted the boot and immediately loaded my groceries, however, while having my head inside the boot, the boot door hit me hard on my head. Furious I started shouting at the driver asking him why he's not even getting out when he knows that his boot has a problem. He eventually got out, started shouting back removed my stuff and drove off with his boot lid still open.

I still have a big knob on my head from that incident and the driver got away with it. The problem is that Uber is not vetting their people properly and the public is exposed to unprofessional drivers
