Damages to my vehicle by an Uber s******

My vehicle was damaged by an Uber s******. I sent an e-mail to '***' on 12 October with no reply to date.

The following message. My vehicle as parked at the Glenfair shopping centre on Thursday 8 October 2020. When I got back to it the car guard notified me that the Uber s****** parked next to me fell over and damaged my car. I couldn’t find the s****** owner/driver. Herewith the pictures I took of the S******. The damages is on the left front door, two big marks and a deep scratch though the paint.

I would like to know what the Uber policy is on damages to third parties.
