damages to my car

A driver who works for Uber eats cape town drove into my car and made damages while he was on duty.

I need to get information from the guy i have his name and I know he works for uber eats but when I called the customer care they advised that they cannot help me.

This issue that i have is that at the time of the accident the driver had no licence on him and ubber confirmed that he does work for them.
