I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a recent Uber ride that was requested for the delivery of a fridge.

Unfortunately, the driver mishandled the item during transport, resulting in damage to the fridge’s plug. Additionally, the driver failed to remove the glass components inside the fridge before moving it, which posed a risk of further damage and injury.
