********** customer support

I experienced the most ********** customer support in my life for uber driver. My commercial vehicle insurance is rejected and asked for a reason they refuse to elaborate. I get a high level "requirement are it not met" reply. I require more information so I can fix the issue. However they're blatantly ignoring my question. Is this the quality of service uber driver offers cause it belongs in the toilet.

I hope the world recognises that this company does care for the people that generates revenue for it. The mere fact that two customer support consultants echoed similar attitudes means the obnoxious self-serving attitude is part of their culture.
