CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ****!!!

I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get my account re-activated after some imbecile in your company decided to de-activate it. I have sent multiple requests through the contact forms provided. I have tried to call and your system keeps rejecting the contact number I am entering. It is the only number I have ever used with Uber. No answer. No reply. No interest. I do not comprehend how a multi-million dollar business, who bases it's business on technology, has such useless systems and processes. Get your act together. I have seen better service from McDonalds counter staff. And that's saying something.
