Customer is always last.

I required an uber ride from Pretoria Gautrain Station. The first time I requested a ride I was asked to walk from the station to the Mercedes Benz Dealership down the road and meet the driver there. When I got to the dealership the driver was not there. I messaged him to say that I was there. While waiting I was accosted by a metered taxi driver who told me that he would drive me to my destination for the same price as uber. I said that I had already paid for the uber and then he got aggressive. When the uber driver arrived, the metered taxi driver tried to confront the uber driver. The uber driver told in future to walk a block down from the station and call fir uber and he showed me the point. When I tried that today, the app told me I must go to the same Mercedes Benz Dealership which I had now gone in the opposite direction. I messaged the uber drives my location but they cancelled my ride. I missed my appointment. On my trip back to Johannesburg on the Gautrain, I saw the same metered taxi sitting at the same place where I was supposed to meet the uber. Where is concern for customer safety?
