Customer care

<p>These guys don't care about their customers. They do not have a customer care centre. You cannot contact them in person. So they can ignore you if it doesn't suit them to assist. They have blocked an account I'm trying to open. The delay in replying to my query & the slow pace added to onerous requirements has caused huge disappointment. After claiming to have rectified the account after a few weeks they again blocked the same account nd now refuse to contact me to fix it. Other services available in SA are less of a risk as the chances of being blocked are far less. Taxify is simple & cheaper. Uber will not take care of client service. </p>
