I booked an uber and the driver accepted knowing that he won't make the trip. I contacted him numerous times but his phone goes to voicemail. I sent messages no reply. When I asked him to cancel the ride so I can book another uber, he was quick to reply and I had to pay the cancellation fee. Nonsense. I want my money back in full, this was totally unacceptable and dishonest. MAFUSIRE (uber driver's name), God will judge you severely.
