*****ed Uber's drivers!!!

I scheduled a pick up from Ravensmead to Tygerberg hospital for my wife for an early morning pick up. The trip was booked for a max cost of R33 yet this driver Evans Parwaringira, driving a white Toyota Avanza after dropping us off 5 min after pick up continued running our trip all the way to the CBD according to the map ending it only 30 minutes later and charged my card R248 for his personal gain. I turned to Uber for a refund and they have been giving me the run around.

So be careful and mindful to always insist on them ending trips while still in the car otherwise you will be heavily charged for trips of other people.
