******** driver ran off with package they were supposed to deliver .

On the 8th of June I ordered a trip from Little falls Roodepoort to Edenvale hospital where I needed a package delivered to the destination . The female driver by the name Thinamaano Judith Netshivhambe accepted my ride . Shortly after that I called her to ask if she could deliver my package which was my make up bags , perfume and wig to the destination . She agreed . She arrived at Little falls , collected the items from my boyfriend and then drove away with the items . After 14 minutes , she finished the ride at the wrong place . A place not even close to where Edenvale Hospital is . My items where not delivered to my workplace

I called Uber offices on the 9th of June 2022, they refused to give me the drivers number but assured me that the driver will contact me instead . She has not contacted me even today 24 June 2022 . The Uber help line is really unhelpful and it’s so frustrating receiving automated responses from a robot while a theif driver continues to use the app but still hasn’t returned me items .

Uber has not done anything to help resolve the cause . Their app does not protect riders but only their drivers . I did not leave my items in rhe car ride , she stole my items .
