CREDIT CARD DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT TRIP REQUESTS.

Uber has been deducting money from my credit card without me or family (which dont even stay in some city or where uber is available) requesting a trip. Without my knowledge or conscent. In just 9 days Uber has deducted R755.96 from my credit card. After I raised this serious concern on the 15th June 2019 - and gave all relevant bank statments together with all trip details and dates and amounts deducted, they promised that the money would be paid back every time i called in. Every time they assured me that a second special team is handling the matter and will be in contact with me.. Im still waiting ITS BEEN A MONTH.

I went further back to see previous months and compared amounts deducted to trips taken. And realised that trips are much less than the amounts deducted from my card. They have taken double the trip amount on 2 different deductions on the same day.

Uber, with all the facts in front of you! PLEASE PAY BACK THE MONEY YOU "ACCIDENTALLY" DEDUCTED. ITS VERY SIMPLE. YOU DEDUCTED MONEY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSCENT AND NOW YOU WANT TO HIDE FROM THE FACT THAT UBER IS *****ING FROM RIDERS.

IM NOT GOING TO LEAVE THIS, BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU GOING TO MAKE ME TIRED WITH YOUR EMPTY PROMISES EACH TIME. YOU DONT.

IM PREPARED TO GO TO COURT AND WE CAN SORT THIS MATTER OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL.

IVE REMOVED MY CREDIT CARD, YET JUST YESTERDAY, YOU DEDUCTED R66.98
