CONTINUOUS INCORRECT BILLING !!!!
<p>For months I have been complainting about the same issue, there have been several cases whereby I have requested an uber and been charged when a driver cannot locate my address. this is unacceptable I am more than willing to pay a cancellation fee should have been from my end, however numerous occassions have been where drivers cancel a ride yet i am charged for the fee and this should not be the case if i am not doing so, i have spoken to previous drivers and advised that drivers cancelling should not be charging me for their incompete use of the app.</p> <p> </p> <p>The incompetency of a driver not knwoing this should not lie with the rider, and to top things off before these drivers cancel they do not even bother to contact me to verify anything !!! as some have done and im more than willing to proivde them with directions if so</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never has issues with uber, on the contary they are a great service and I make use of them daily. However this is unexceptable and this is not the first time.</p> <p>I strongly recommend you educate the drivers, or provide alternative ways on them stop charging people for drivers they cancel.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
