Constantly strugglin...

Constantly struggling with payments being deducted and not being paid back , have deleted my account with them a few months ago , have sent in complaints and nothing has happened, received deductions yesterday and today and can't reach anyone or get feedback, previous complaints with driver that refused to complete the trip and had to use alternative methods to get to my destination, complained about and still have not received a feedback on they keep looking into it, have even complained about drivers at times and nothing was done
